Every pose tells a story.......

Evalina Woodward is a certified Forrest Yoga Teacher and specialises in teaching yoga to kids and teens. She teaches yoga to people who suffer with mental health issues, through the foundations of Forrest Yoga. She teaches in a way that empowers and challenges the student. Through these methods, Evalina is able to tap into the person within and she helps students work from the inside out, using psycho-physical techniques.

Evalina is a qualified Drama Teacher with over twelve years of experience teaching Drama and the Performing Arts to all ages and abilities in schools and universities.

She is trained in many forms of Dance, including Laban technique, and was a Director for the Shakespeare School's Festival in London.

Her specialist areas in theatre include the work of Grotowski, Berkoff, Artaud and Brecht.

Evalina currently works for Dulwich College Shanghai and is the Artistic Director for the Dulwich Players Adults & Youth Theatre groups.

Evalina loves working with all people and cannot wait to inspire the next generation through YOGA, DANCE and DRAMA!
